A dense sandstorm has hit Baghdad, clogging people's throats, blocking their vision and sending numerous Iraqis, particularly asthma sufferers, to the hospital.

The emergency ward of the training hospital in the medical complex, has received up to 30 situations suffocation and asthma sufferers. Official say, they expect the number to improve as much as 150 in the coming hours. Iraq has suffered sandstorms for a lengthy time now, but several years of drought actually aggravated the scenario this year.
