Argentina beat Paraguay 4-2 in friendly

Argentina beat Paraguay 4-2 on Wednesday in a friendly match played in Sarmiento of Resistencia stadium in Chaco province, bordering both countries.

The goals of the Argentine team were scored by Gabriel Hauche at 9th and 44th minute, Federico Fernandez on 36 minutes and Enzo Perez in the 73rd minute.

Pablo Zeballos at and Elvis Marecos at 56 were on target for Paraguay.

Both teams fielded only local based players, as the match was not part of the Federation of International Football Associations calendar and the national teams were unable to summon those players playing in foreign clubs.

This match was used as a warm-up for the America Cup, which will start on July 1 in Argentina.
