Groupon cooperation with Expedia

Groupon and the world's largest Internet travel company Expediasaid Wednesday it will launch a travel deal site.

The companies said the new website will provide hotel accommodation, air tickets, car rental, cruise discounts and vacation activities. These discounts will continue to uphold theGroupOn the original model, at a given time discount vouchersavailable to consumers for future consumption.

The two companies also said efforts will be larger discount retailprices of other online travel site is about 50%. New site will be named GroupOn Gataways with Expedia, will be launched later this month.
