25 bodies recovered as bus falls into river in northern Pakistan

At least 25 bodies have been recovered after a passenger bus fell into a river Friday afternoon in Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pakistan administered Kashmir in the northern part of the country, said police sources.
The local media Express reported that the accident took place at around 15:50 p.m. local time when a bus carrying 55 people fell into the Neelam River at the outskirts of Muzaffarabad and all the people on board were feared dead.
Reasons for the accident are not known at this point. But poor road conditions in the northern mountainous area of the country could be a factor.
On Thursday morning, a bus carrying 30 to 40 people fell into a river in Gilgit, a place located at the northern tip of the country, killing at least ten people on board.
