Last Tuesday, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry launched a website to provide information on the country's mining rights transaction information, making mining operations more transparent and fair.
The new portal http://www.mlr.gov.cn/kyqsc/ expected to launch a search feature to prevent counterfeiting of mining rights permits. It allows users to input the license number into the search engines for specific mining projects, including the licensee, the project area, and expiration date and venue.
It also provides a non-confidential information on registration and transfer of mining rights, the ministry said in a statement on its Web site.
The website will help improve the country's mining rights management, protection of the licensee's right to regulate mining rights market, the statement said.
