South Korea's top nuclear envoy to visit China

South Korea's envoy to stalled six-party talks to visit China on Wednesday to meet with his opponents, where the Foreign Ministry said Tuesday.

Wireless Song Lac on Thursday talks with the representatives of China, Wu Dawei to discuss the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and South-North relations of the Republic of Korea nuclear issue, according to the Department.

The meeting comes as the inter-Korean dialogue, which is a principal member of six-party talks to resume stalled negotiations on the denuclearization of the premise of the opportunity to see the dimming.

Pyongyang claimed that Seoul "begging" in their secret inter-Korean summit meeting last month, vowed last week not Fall "and deal with" the. South Korean officials played down as "unilateralism" of the allegations, but acknowledged that claims to hold the meeting in Beijing.

Six-party talks, which also involves the host country China, the United States, Japan and Russia, were last held in December 2008.

North Korea, which has expressed interest in returning to the negotiating table, announced after talks with "death" in 2009, recently discovered a new uranium enrichment facilities.
