Syrian human rights groups said Tuesday that the authorities have killed 15 citizens so far within the central province of Homs because Sunday, based on pan-Arab al- Jazeera Television.
The groups said the casualties had been from the towns of Talbisa and Rastan which have been besieged by the security forces backed with tanks because Sunday.
Sunday's attack on the third largest Syrian province occurred following authorities cut all telecommunications inside the area, witnesses stated.
Meanwhile, activists uploaded online footages showing demonstrations on Monday night in distinct Syrian cities such as Damascus, Homs, Hama, Idlib, Aleppo, Latakia and Daraa. The demonstrators chanted anti-government slogans calling to topple the regime.
Activists vowed to protest against the government throughout the week in response to the alleged torture and killing of a 13- year-old boy in the restive city of Daraa.
Hamza Al Khatib's body was returned to his family this week, a month right after he went missing while participating in a demonstration.
Because the beginning of unrest in Syria in mid-March, hundreds of people, which includes security forces, have been killed. The authorities' reaction to the peaceful protests has evoked wide denunciation.

Damascus insisted that the unrest will be the work of "armed terrorist gangs" propelled by foreign conspiracy. The authorities said they've arrested numerous members of armed terrorist groups, who have confessed to receiving weapons and cash from foreign parties with which they killed civilians and security forces in a bid to trigger chaos in Syria.
