Yemeni opposition tribal leader, whose fighters occupied a number of government buildings inside the capital last week, began on Sunday to hand more than the occupied buildings towards the tribal mediation committee, a mediator told Xinhua.
"Fighters loyal for the opposition tribal leader Sadiq al-Ahmar have totally handed over the developing of the Regional Administrative Ministry to the tribal committee," mediator Sheikh Abdullah Badr al-Dain told Xinhua.
"According for the ceasefire agreement, al-Ahmar's forces will withdraw from the rest of government buildings by the end of Sunday," he said.
"Fighters loyal for the opposition tribal leader Sadiq al-Ahmar have totally handed over the developing of the Regional Administrative Ministry to the tribal committee," mediator Sheikh Abdullah Badr al-Dain told Xinhua.
